Brand History
Founded in 2014 by Teddy Santis, Aimé Leon Dore started as a men's clothing brand in Queens, New York.
Even though Santis didn't have experience in fashion, he was inspired by his Greek background and love for 90s hip-hop and urban culture.
He created a style of streetwear that became known for its elevated and urban preppy look.
For nearly ten years, the Queens-based label has been a favourite in New York's fashion scene.
Their main store sits on Mulberry Street in Manhattan's Soho, showcasting a timeless European style.

Since its inception in 2019, Aimé Leon Dore has released three seasonal collections, each featuring fresh interpretations of classic New Balance designs, including the 997, the 990v5, the beloved 550 (a standout from 2021), and the recently launched 993.
In 2022 Teddy Santis debuted the "made in the USA" collection of apparel and limited-edition versions of the 990v1, 990v2 and 990v3 sneakers.
